Jesse Chase

President
As President, Jesse leads the overall direction, strategy, and operations of Buildings Etcetera. He works closely with our project managers, superintendents, and field crews to ensure that each project meets our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Jesse also oversees company systems, technology, and continuous improvement efforts, helping us deliver better value and service to our clients.

Zack Chase

Vice President
Zack provides hands-on leadership and operational oversight across the company. He manages day-to-day coordination between the office and field teams, ensuring our crews have the resources and support they need to execute work safely and efficiently. Zack also maintains strong relationships with owners, engineers, and architects, helping keep projects on schedule and communication clear.

Peter & Kathy Chase

Founders
Peter and Kathy founded Buildings Etcetera, Inc. in 1989 with a mission to provide high-quality construction services built on integrity and long-term relationships. Their vision laid the groundwork for the family-run company we are proud to continue today.


Office Team

 

Kendra Lynds

Office Manager
Kendra serves as the organizational backbone of our company. She manages office operations, billing, contracts, compliance, payroll support, and daily administrative responsibilities that keep our projects moving. Her attention to detail and strong communication help connect the field, office, and our clients seamlessly.

Holly Bouvier

Estimator / Project Manager
Holly brings expertise in both estimating and project management. She develops clear, accurate budgets during preconstruction and manages submittals, RFIs, schedules, and documentation throughout the life of each project. Her thoroughness and proactive communication support successful outcomes from bid to closeout.


Field Leadership

Our superintendents and foremen lead daily onsite operations. They coordinate crews and subcontractors, oversee safety practices, manage scheduling, and ensure that all work meets our quality standards and project requirements. Their experience and leadership are vital to the success of every job we take on.


Craft Professionals

Buildings Etcetera self-performs a broad range of skilled trades, including:
